Preparation of a Health and Safety Plan, i.e. the Norwegian SHA Plan, for Torpol S.A. in connection with a tender for the construction of an urban light rail line in Bergen. The SHA Plan formed part of Torpol’s successful tender for the construction of a section of the Bergen light rail system. The SHA Plan (Sikkerhet, helse og arbeidsmiljøplan) is the Norwegian equivalent of the Polish BIOZ plan (Health and Safety Plan). According to Norwegian construction regulations, a written plan covering safety, health, and the working environment must be submitted prior to the commencement of any construction or engineering project, outlining the management of risk factors throughout the duration of the project.
